THE PROPERTY (due for completion end of 2008)

THE LOCATION

Bay View Villa is situated on a ridge above Marigot Bay, described as one of the most beautiful bays in the Caribbean. The sand spit with its palm trees is a favoured location for films and photographs.

The new Marina Village features upmarket shops, restaurants, a bank, supermarket and French patisserie. There are marina facilities, Moorings Yacht Charter, car hire and boat trips. Water sports are available through the Marigot Beach Club. The world-class Discovery Resort with its bars, restaurants, coffee shop, pools and spa is open to non-residents. The Bay also boasts a number of other water’s edge restaurants.

There is a regular ferry service to both Rodney Bay with its shops and lovely Reduit Beach, and Soufriere giving access to St Lucia’s famous Pitons, sulphur springs, waterfalls, plantations and the Botanical Gardens. Castries and the smaller of the two international airports are just 20 minutes by car.
