The two Principals of Doubloon Real Estate Ltd are:

David Farrin: In five years, living in St. Lucia, David Farrin, Managing Director of Doubloon Real Estate, has sold in excess of 120 villas and apartments to foreign investors. During this time he has run the sales office for Discovery, Marigot Bay, launched The Landings development in Rodney Bay and worked on the Le Paradis project at Praslin.

John Verity: Resident in St Lucia for five years, John Verity is Managing Director of Doubloon International Ltd, the developer/owner of Discovery at Marigot Bay, the pioneer of upscale apartment hotels in St Lucia. With Discovery completed he is reviewing new project opportunities and will help Doubloon Real Estate secure marketing contracts with such projects.

Doubloon Real Estate has a sales point in the Marina Village at Marigot Bay and will be moving to their new offices in the heart of Rodney Bay on 1st July 2008. Our new address will be:
